Tee Ball is a fantastic sport that builds friendships and co-ordination, but most importantly is about kids getting involved and having fun. Our club caters for primary school aged children, with weekly training, fixtured game days, twilight games and lightning carnivals offered throughout the season. For those wanting to take their game to the next level, tryouts for the club’s State Championship teams are held early in the season in preparation for the March championships at Langley Park.
Our Joey Ball program is specifically developed for Kindy aged children. Joey Ball provides the ideal introduction to tee ball skills and includes modified game play sessions. Parents participate with their children in structured activities for an 8 week season.
Here at WJTBC, the club is approaching its 42nd season. We always welcome new players and also look forward to seeing our past members return each year. Parent involvement is a vital part of running our club and applications to join our General Committee are always welcome. Club games are played on Saturday mornings at the Percy Doyle Clubrooms in Duncraig. Players in our older age groups play in conjunction with the Carine Cats Tee Ball club, and therefore play both home and away games between Percy Doyle and Carine Open Space.
Training days and times are organised within your individual teams, and can be held at numerous approved parks and ovals in the Joondalup and Wanneroo shires.
